PSG have asked that Kylian Mbappe trains alongside their ‘excluded players’ beginning this afternoon, as their captain is officially listed for sale.

The Kylian Mbappe transfer saga is one that will go down in history after this summer and the latest development has seen the PSG and France captain excluded by his club ahead of their pre season tour.

Mbappe has not travelled with his teammates to Japan for their pre season tour which begins this week, as the club have made their stance clear by finally listing their superstar for sale.

The club’s leading goalscorer is refusing to sign a new deal this summer, with many around PSG believing that Mbappe has already agreed a deal to join Real Madrid next summer for free when his contract expires.

Desperate to not lose their captain for free next year, PSG’s owners have made it clear that if he does not sign an extension soon then Mbappe will be sold in the coming months to the highest bidder.

The latest development in Mbappe’s transfer saga has seen the player excluded from the remainder of the squad, as he is set to train with teammates such as Julian Draxler and Georginio Wijnaldum who are both also expected to leave this summer.

While it has been widely reported Mbappe has agreed a deal with Madrid for next year, nothing has been confirmed yet and there are Premier League clubs who would also be interested in securing the superstar’s talents ahead of next season.

Mbappe still remains the second most expensive player of all time after joining PSG in 2017 in a transfer worth £165.7m and since winning then he’s captained France to World Cup glory as well as consistently proving to be one of the best players on the planet.
