The Premier League says Manchester United have a player registered called Betinho, who many believe to be a Portuguese striker currently playing for S.C. Espinho.
According to the official app and website of the Premier League, Manchester United have a number 11 registered by the name of Betinho, aged 29 and of Portuguese nationality.
Alberto Alves Coelho, known as Betinho, is a striker for S.C. Espinho and has scored 18 goals in 51 appearances for the lower league side and is also listed at 29-years-old.
Betinho enjoyed a short loan spell at London club Brentford in 2014, making one appearance for the Bees before moving back to Portugal. The forward made four appearances for Portugal’s U21 side, scoring twice.

Manchester United supporters on social media were quick to pick up on the surprising addition to Erik ten Hag’s squad, who are in search of a striker this January following Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure.
Ten Hag said: “We are aware that we lost a striker, so we do have to get a striker in. But it has to be the right one. And the right one has to bring quality to the team and not just be a supplement to the squad.”
Fans have already found highlight compilation videos from Betinho’s career which include an impressive overhead kick and other goals from what appears to be lower division games in Portugal.

Ten Hag’s side are four points adrift Tottenham Hotspur in fourth but have two games in hand on Antonio Conte’s men who they dismissed in a 2-0 victory in October.
Nottingham Forest are one point above rock bottom Southampton in 19th but could push their way out of the relegation zone with a surprise result in Manchester.
