Phil Taylor Net Worth
Taylor, 63, is a winner of a record 16 World Championships and has announced he will retire from competitive darts completely in 2024.
He stepped away from the PDC Circuit in 2018 after reaching his last World Championship final, but returned to the Senior Darts Tour last year. However, he will now hang up his darts for good and go into full retirement.
After winning a record 85 major titles in his illustrious career, the Phil Taylor net worth is rumoured to be over £3million thanks to the incredible prize money won over the years and other ventures.
He won his first World title in 1990, taking home £24,000 and went on to become the highest earning darts player in the history of the sport. He earned more than £7.6million throwing arrows and was world number for 13 years in total.
Taylor also owns 8.2% of the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) which runs the top major darts tournaments in the world. Just that is worth £575,000 and his company Phil The Power Taylor Ltd is valued at over £750,000.
The Stoke-on-Trent man had a fairytale career in darts, and after leaving school at 16, he worked in a ceramics factory seven days a week whilst also working in a local pub to earn extra money. Despite his busy working schedule, he had dreams of becoming a professional darts player and that hard work payed off in 1990, when he won his first ever major tournament, the WDF World Masters.
