Liverpool superstar, Mohamed Salah, has confirmed his desire to stay in Merseyside after reportedly snubbing a move to Saudi Arabia.
Since signing for the Reds in July 2017 for around £40m, the Egyptian international has exceeded expectations by contributing to 265 goals in 305 appearances (186 goals & 79 assists).
Whilst picking up a host of individual awards, Salah has won several trophies during his time in England, winning a Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
Despite Liverpool’s disappointing 2022-23 campaign, the 31-year-old scored 30 goals in all competitions and even contributed with 16 assists.
After qualifying for the Europa League, football fans across the globe wondered if Salah would move elsewhere and follow Roberto Firmino out of Anfield.
However, recent reports suggest that the Egyptian is committed to staying in England and will be in Jurgen Klopp’s plan for next season – despite links to Saudi Arabia.
