In a recent interview with Boxing News, Michael Conlan is finding it tricky to split the pair, making a case for both men and how they can win the fight:
“I don’t know who wins. I think it’s going to be a good fight but I honestly don’t know who wins it. I’ve been asked this question by a lot of different people and sometimes I’ll say Leigh, sometimes I’ll say Josh,” revealed the Irishman in a pre-fight interview with Boxing News.
“I can’t put my finger on it – I just don’t know who wins because I can see a way for both guys winning. I could see a way in which Josh stops Leigh or beating him on points. You can also see the exact same for Leigh. I could see how he knocks Josh out but also could win easily on points if he uses his boxing.
“For me it’s a pick’em fight. I would like to look at either of them, whoever wins or loses. I’ll be happy to fight the winner or the loser because lets be honest, they’re probably the biggest money-making fights for me. It doesn’t matter if they win or lose, they’re both massive fights.”
