BBC Sports pundit Mark Lawrenson has admitted that he is still ‘not convinced’ by Leicester ahead of their Premier League clash against Arsenal.
Leicester have had an poor season by their standards, as they sit in 14th place and are coming off a 3-0 thrashing by Manchester United. However, prior to this match the Foxes were unbeaten in three which included a 4-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.
Lawrenson, who is known for both his playing career at Liverpool and his abrupt punditry for the BBC, has voiced his scepticism over Brendan Rodgers’ side. With Leicester facing their toughest test of the season this weekend, as they welcome table-toppers Arsenal to the King Power Stadium.
The BBC pundit said: “Leicester were great in the first half against Manchester United and they forced David De Gea into a few good saves but they ultimately lost handsomely,”
“I’m still not convinced by Leicester, they are getting better but once they concede a goal they collapse. It’s got to be an Arsenal win for me.”

Arteta’s men are coming off a big win against Aston Villa, where they came from behind twice to win 4-2 and maintain their lead at the top of the table. Man City’s 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest means the gap could move to five-points if the Gunners win their game in hand.
