Austrian Marcel Sabitzer has been ruled out for the rest of the season. The latest Sabitzer injury news puts a question mark on if Man United fans will watch him again.
Sabitzer has made a real impact at Man United since signing. After a slow start he has proven to be a real asset to Erik ten Hag’s team.
Unfortunately for him and the club, a knee injury has ruled him out for the season.

The 29-year-old Austria international has made 18 appearances for the club. But he was missing from the squad for their 2-0 victory over Wolves.
Since joining on loan from Bundesliga giants, Bayern Munich, he has three goals in all competitions. Two of which came in their Europa League quarter-final defeat to La Liga side Sevilla.
Sabitzer Injury News: What Have They Club Said?
The Sabitzer injury news was released by the club. On his injury, the club said:
“Everyone at the club is disappointed to lose Marcel’s services, as the Reds chase a strong finish to the season in the Premier League and FA Cup, and we are grateful for his contribution to our progress so far.
“We would like to wish Marcel well in having a speedy recovery.”
The Sabitzer injury news ends his season, and potentially ends his time with the club.
Manchester United have not made any decision yet on Marcel Sabitzer future. Discussions with Bayern will take place in the next weeks; Sabitzer would love to stay, no doubts on that. 🔴 #MUFC

Sabitzer is only on a short-term loan deal from Bayern. However, he has spoken previously about how much he’s enjoying his time in Manchester:
“Here at United, everything is bigger. People are crazy about United. I enjoy being here, I’m very proud!”
Man United manager, ten Hag, expressed his satisfaction with the player last month:
“He’s [Sabitzer] doing fantastic,
“He’s adjusted well to MUFC and the Premier League. He is a great person and suits the dressing room well.
“He’s an intelligent player and we’re happy with his role at this moment.”
Sabizter’s injury may have finished his season. But there may still be hope of seeing him in the red of Man United again next season.
