After spending the last few months training alone and rediscovering his love for the game, Jadon Sancho is back.
Sancho didn’t take part in Man United’s winter camp in Spain during the World Cup, but instead followed an individual programme for eight weeks.
He followed an individual programme in the Netherlands with coaches recommended by Eric ten Hag.
Sancho hasn’t featured for Man United since October. It was confirmed by ten Hag that Sancho was out due to ‘physical and mental issues’.
His return will be welcomed by the fans who will be hoping his individual training has the same results as Marcus Rashford’s last summer.

EFL Cup Return For Sancho
With Man United leading their EFL Cup semi-final 3-0 against Nottingham Forest, it’s perfect for Sancho.
The tie is wrapped up for Man United. It would be some upset if they were to throw away a three goal lead at Old Trafford. With the game this comfortable for Man United, ten Hag may feel like including Sancho.
It is yet to known how fit Sancho is. He may only be fit enough to be on the bench but will be hoping to get some minutes.
If Man United win tonight, they’ll meet inform Newcastle United in the final.
