As expected, Erling Haaland scored in the game after being barely involved in the game. A ball in from Kevin De Bruyne landed on Haaland’s head who headed his first goal.

Shortly after, City made United’s game even worse. Haaland scored once again. That lethal combination of Bruyne and Haaland combined again as Haaland slipped his marker.

Before half-time, City added a fourth goal. Bruyne fed Haaland who found Foden at the back post who slotted in for his second of the game.

Man United have a tough challenge in this second half. Their main aim will be restoring pride, and avoiding a drumming.
