Manchester City’s title odds have drifted after their frustrating loss against Tottenham Hotspur, with the Citizens now being 13/10 to win the Premier League

City missed the chance to close the gap on league leaders Arsenal as Harry Kane became Spurs’ all-time top goalscorer as he netted his 267th goal for the club.

After Arsenal were beaten in the league for just the second time this season on Saturday, City’s game against Spurs was so much more important.

Everton’s win over the Gunners was perfect news for City fans, but their team failed to capitalise on Arsenal’s five point lead in the Premier League table.

Premier League Title Odds

  • Arsenal @ 4/5
  • Manchester City @ 13/10
  • Manchester United @ 20/1
  • Newcastle United @ 100/1
  • Tottenham Hotspur @ 400/1
  • Liverpool @ 500/1

Do Pep Guardiola’s Side Still Have A Chance?

Pep has been in the media quite a lot over the last week or so with news surrounding Joao Cancelo’s loan move to Bayern Munich, and things around the City camp aren’t quite right at the minute.

Their loss to Spurs came at the complete wrong time, in a day where City should have narrowed down Arsenal’s lead at the top of the table.

When speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Pep said: “We are not in the position to think about being champions, just the next game, Aston Villa, we will prepare well and play our game as best as possible.”

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium really is a haunted place for this City side, who have lost all five trips there without scoring a single goal.

They did have chances to win the game in North London, however they couldn’t find the back of the net.
