Current Brentford manager Thomas Frank has emerged as an early favourite with most Premier League betting sites to take over at struggling Leicester City should Brendan Rodgers leave his post.

Leicester still have a manager in the form of Brendan Rodgers, however the Foxes have been a disappointment so far this season and remain threatened by relegation just three points from safety in 14th place.

It looked like Leicester were back on track just a couple of weeks ago, as they recorded back to back wins against Tottenham and Aston Villa with eight goals scored over the two games in some very impressive displays.

Everything came crashing back down in the last two match-days for Leicester however, as they were unable to lay a glove on either Arsenal or Manchester United losing 1-0 and 3-0 respectively, leaving Leicester fans with little hope yet again.

Thomas Frank is one man who has certainly instilled hope into his side, as the Brentford manager is currently enjoying yet another overachieving season with the Bees who are ninth in the league and chasing down a potential spot in Europe next season.

Brentford have been over performing yet again and currently boast the second best form in the league having not lost a Premier League game since before the World Cup at the end of last year (unbeaten streak now extended to 11 games).

With Brentford doing so well and Leicester so poor at the minute, a move from London to the midlands would be a strange one for Frank however the Danish manager still remains the 6/1 favourite to take over the Foxes.
