Stubborn Sancho is 4/5 to outlive under pressure Ten Hag at Old Trafford with neither seemingly ready to back down following their now-public spat earlier this season.

A January transfer move looked likely for Sancho but SportsLens go odds-on that he will play for the club again. It’s 6/4 that Sancho apologises to Ten Hag in a bid to get playing again.

Dortmund have been linked with a move for Sancho in January but that looks unlikely at 4/1, despite reports the player is in regular contact with head coach Edin Terzic.

According to various outlets, the German outfit are ready to offer Sancho an escape route in January if the financial parameters are right with a short-term loan until the end of the campaign the most likely option.

The 23-year-old, once regarded as one of football’s most exciting prospects, is training alone at United’s Carrington training facility until he apologises to the manager – six weeks on from the incident following defeat against Arsenal.

It is believed that Sancho has very little support from senior players within the dressing room and those closest to him, likely to include star forward Marcus Rashford, have already urged him to bite the bullet and say sorry.

Neil Roarty, Betting Expert at SportsLens, said: “Jadon Sancho has not played for Manchester United since August and is still refusing to apologise to manager Erik ten Hag.

“Many believe Sancho has played his last game for the famous club but the odds suggest the youngster will last longer at Old Trafford than Ten Hag and get another chance to impress.”
