With the campmates now revealed, just what are the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here ages and, from the class of 2023, who are the oldest and youngest celebs this year? We take a look at who might play the ‘Sorry, I’m too old’ card if asked to go collect some firewood.

Nigel Farage The Oldest I’m A Celebrity 2023 Campmate

As the 2023 I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here campmates get ready for another three weeks of jungle fun, it’s former UKIP leader Nigel Farage that will be the oldest statesman Down Under this year.

Farage, at 59 years-old, will be the celebrity that will be playing the ‘I’m the oldest in the camp’ card if things get tough – but, compared to past years, the Brexiteer is actually a bit of a spring chicken (see the oldest ever campmates below).

Despite being the oldest, Nigel Farage is also likely to be a strong candidate for the Bushtucker Trials with many of the top UK betting sites pricing up some ‘Farage Specials‘ pre-jungle.

That said, the marmite politician, who turned 59 on April 3rd this year, is sure to still have plenty of voters and also many a campfire story to impress viewers with.

Farage will be looking to become the first politician to win I’m A Celebrity, but last year we witnessed the former Health Secretary Matt Hancock get to the final and finish third.

Behind Farage in the oldest campmate stakes are top jockey Frankie Dettori at 52, French foodie Fred Sirieix at 51 and MasterChef critic Grace Dent, who turned 50 recently on October 3rd.

Nella Rose The Youngest I’m A Celebrity 2023 Campmate

At the other end of the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here age spectrum we see YouTuber influencer Nella Rose as the youngest campmate in 2023 at 26 years-old.

Rose has over a million subscribers to her channel and over 19 million likes, so will certainly enter the jungle with a big following.

Plus Brit Awards fans will also know Nella Rose from being their digital host over the last two years.

The second youngest celebs in 2023 are ex-Eastender Danielle Harold and Sam Thompson – both at 31 years-old, but with Thompson’s birthday on 2nd August and Harold’s in May – the Made In Chelsea Star claims the title as the second baby in the group.

Nella Rose became the second celebrity to be voted out of the jungle on Monday 4th December

Frankie Dettori the first to be voted out by the public, while Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears had left the show earlier due to medical reasons.

Will We See a 2023 I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here Birthday?

Maybe – is the quick answer.

It’s rumoured that former boxer Tony Bellew will come onto the show as a later entry and if he does we could see the only I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here birthday from series 23.

Bellew’s birthday is on November 30th, when he’ll turn 41, so as long as the big man is in the jungle by then (or been in and not left), we could see some jungle birthday fun.

From the other campmates though, we won’t see other birthdays – with Frankie Dettori the next closest as his is on 15th December, but the final is on the 10th.

Who Is The Oldest I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here Contestant EVER?

So, it looks like this year the ITV bosses are keep the ages down and maybe they’ve got more gruelling tasks in-hand for the celebs – we’ll see.

As the oldest I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here contestant over the years stands with Arlene Phillips, who was 78 years-old when she entered the jungle in 2021. However, the former Strictly judge was also the first celebrity to be voted out that year.

We’ve also seen Boris Johnson’s dad, Stanley at 77 years-old in 2017 in the show and was the fifth campmate to get the axe that year.

Harry Redknapp The Oldest I’m A Celebrity Winner

In 2018, former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp was crowed ‘King of the Jungle’ after entertaining ITV I’m A Celebrity fans with his ‘jam roly-poly’ antics and letting viewers into his private life and stories involving wife Sandra.

Redknapp was 71 year-old when he won I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.
