How Much Is The US Open Prize Money In 2023?

Although definitive figures are yet to be divulged by tournament officials, it is safe to say the prize money for 2023’s edition will be of a similarly eye-watering amount to 2022.

The total purse for last year’s iteration was a record $17.5 million, and we can expect that total to increase to over $20 million this time around.

For the eventual winner, the $3.1 million payout moved it ahead of the PGA Championship and the Open Championship last year, but still just shy of the Masters which remains the most lucrative major.
