Gary Neville Net Worth At £19.6m For Manchester United Legend
The former Manchester United player has created a huge business empire since retiring from football, largely involved with sport, education, property and leisure.
His property portfolio continues to grow, with the standouts being Hotel Football, a hotel which is located right next to Old Trafford and The Stock Exchange Hotel in Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester, which is a joint business venture with his long-time teammate, Ryan Giggs.
The Sky Sports Pundit also boasts an investment company, Relentless Development, which focuses on development in the Manchester area. The main priority is currently the £400 million St Michael’s project, a redevelopment plan that is set to build hotels, workspace, housing and restaurants in what has been an ‘unused’ area in Manchester.
Neville is also one of the founders for University UA92 in Manchester, which has the objective of giving those who have not been given a fair chance a shot at education.
The Overlap YouTube show in particular has proved a massive hit, where Neville sits down with current stars within football. The show has been hugely successful and has profited around £180,000 within the last year.
One of his most notable investments is his co-ownership of Salford City FC, as the former England international purchased a share within, alongside former United stars Nicky Butt, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes and Giggs back in 2014.
Huge financial application has boosted the club and Salford have seen a huge rise, going from the eighth tier of English football to League Two.

As a player, Neville rose to a huge six-year deal in 2001, which was said to be around £11m – according to the BBC. A weekly wage of £32,000 reportedly doubled to over £60,000 in the latter parts of the Brit’s playing days.
However, coming through the academy, Neville was on an ‘apprentice’ salary in his opening years at the club, Earning around £230 a week from 1992-1995 (per, the Mirror)
Since retiring, the former United star has become one of the biggest names on Sky Sports, taking the role as pundit and commentator.
According to The Mirror, Gary Neville is earning around £1.1m a year from Sky and is the highest paid pundit on the channel – just pipping Jamie Carragher on £1m.
