French Open Women’s Semi-Final Tip 1
Swiatek to Win and Under 17.5 Games
It is hard to look past tournament favourite Iga Swiatek, who looks best positioned in Paris to claim what would be her fourth grand slam title at just 21-years-old.
After tailing off somewhat towards the back end of 2022, she looks primed and ready for a third French Open title and could become the first repeat winner at Roland-Garros since 2007.
The Poland native is playing some truly majestic tennis and is yet to drop a set so far this tournament. Better yet, she has been handed perhaps the easiest draw out of the four semi-finalists, albeit against last year’s Australian Open runner-up Beatriz Haddad Maia.
Across her five wins so far, only once – the quarter-final with Coco Gauff – has a match gone beyond 17 games, and we are backing her to reach the final in typically dominant fashion.

Sabalenka to Win 2-1
As for the other semi-final, second-favourite Aryna Sabalenka will be eyeing a first ever French Open final and attempt to build on her first ever grand slam title in Melbourne back in January.
Much like Swiatek, she is yet to drop a set so far across an emphatic campaign, commanding deep at the base line with heavy-hitting groundstrokes, whilst also displaying incredible athleticism at the net.
Her toughest test yet comes in the shape of Karolina Muchova, who is enjoying what many believe to be her best grand slam campaign to date.
She has won in straight sets in all but one of her games, and we expect the Czech to push Sabalenka to her limits by picking up a set of her own, albeit with the match ending in defeat.
