Ahead of Gameweek 13 in the Premier League, we have analysed and selected the best picks for your Fantasy Football weekend. Crystal Palace midfielder, Eberechi Eze is a highlight, but there are a list of options for your squad. Read below to find out more.
Fantasy Premier League: Gameweek 13 Picks
Eberechi Eze – Crystal Palace (£6.1m)
The England international has proved himself to be one of the best midfielders in the Premier League, becoming one of Crystal Palace’s most important players.
After picking up an injury during the Eagles’ 1-0 victory over Manchester United, Eze went on to miss the next three matches for Roy Hodgson’s side.
In these three fixtures against, Nottingham Forest, Newcastle and Spurs, Palace picked up one point and only managed to score a singular goal – highlighting the importance of Eze.
Crystal Palace face Luton Town this weekend, as the Hatters look to increase the gap between themselves and the relegation places.
After Luton, Crystal Palace face West Ham and Bournemouth, meaning the upcoming fixtures are evenly balanced and should give Eze a chance to shine.
So far, the 25-year-old has averaged 3.9 points per match and recorded six points in his most recent appearance against Everton.
Dominic Solanke – Bournemouth (£6.4m)
The Bournemouth striker is coming off a very lucrative week in FPL, accumulating 13 points against Newcastle after bagging a brace.
The Cherries face a trip to Sheffield in Gameweek 13, taking on Paul Heckingbottom’s Sheffield United and Solanke could have a huge role to play in this relegation six-pointer.
In the 2023-24 campaign, the former Liverpool player is averaging just under five points per match and has cemented himself as Bournemouth’s leading talisman.
His form on FPL has been ranked as 5.7, which is the fourth highest in the Premier League and at £6.4m, is a strong addition to your squad.
James Ward-Prowse – West Ham (£6.1m)
Ward-Prowse has made a superb start to his West Ham career, contributing to seven goals in 11 league appearances (2G+5A).
In the Hammers’ 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest, the former Southampton player managed 11 points and added two more assists to his tally.
West Ham face Burnley, Crystal Palace and Spurs in their next three Premier League encounters and Ward-Prowse should have a fair share of chances to both score, and assist his teammates.
Burnley have conceded 30 goals already this season, just one better than Sheffield United, meaning the threat of Ward-Prowse could make or break this match.
Averaging 4.9 points per match, the West Ham midfielder is a strong selection for your squad and also boasts an impressive catalogue from set-pieces.
Honourable Mentions:
Morgan Gibbs-White – Nottingham Forest (£5.7m)
Bruno Fernandes – Manchester United (£8.3m)
Dominic Calvert-Lewin – Everton (£5.8m)
