Free agent Andre Ayew has been offered to Everton and Nottingham Forest as the Ghanaian looks for a new club.
Ayew, now 33, left Al Sadd at the start of this month. He is set to come to England in the hope of finding a new club.
The two clubs he has been offered to are Nottingham Forest and Everton. Both teams are looking to improve their chances of staying in the Premier League and signing an experienced striker like Ayew would help with that.
A move to Nottingham Forest would reunite Ayew with Steve Cooper. The two worked together at Swansea City. This would make the fitting in process for Ayew quicker. The only issue is Nottingham Forest don’t have much space left in their squad.
Everton are in desperate need of goals. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the goal getter in their team but has found that task hard since returning from injury. The decision would be lay with Sean Dyche and if he thought Ayew was the right man for the job.
During his time in the Premier League, Ayew scored 21 goals in 89 games. This might not be the most prolific goal scoring record, but combined with his vast experience, he could be a smart free transfer for Everton or Nottingham Forest.
