Elon Musk has been put through his paces during a first training session with UFC legend Georges St Pierre, as the Twitter CEO prepares for his highly anticipated fight against Mark Zuckerberg.
Musk is preparing for a potential fight against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and he endured his first gruelling training session with UFC Hall of Famer Georges St Pierre on Monday in preparation for the bout.
The ex-world champion took to Twitter last week to offer to train Musk before the fight, saying: “I’m a huge fan of yours and it would be an absolute honor to help you and be your training partner for the challenge against Zuckerberg.”
The 52-year-old snapped up the opportunity to be trained by one of the most dangerous men in the world and the pair enjoyed their first session this week in what looked to be a tough test for Twitter’s CEO.

Musk posed for photo’s following a sparring session with American podcaster host and combat expert Lex Fridman, as well as martial arts instructor John Danaher who were also involved in the training.
Lex Fridman tweeted his own image, with the caption reading ‘Had a great training session with Elon Musk, Georges St Pierre and John Danaher last night. Everything about this was epic!’
The ‘epic’ training session seemed to give Musk a new appreciation for the sport, as he recognised the work he will have to go through in preparation for the Zuckerberg fight.

Musk commented under Fridman’s tweet of the team, saying: Really fun! The obvious conclusion is that I need a *lot* more training.’
Elon Musk was also seen training with Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt’s at the end of June, who praised the billionaire’s technique as well as his strength and skill ahead of the Zuckerberg fight.
