Manchester City were beaten by Newcastle United in the third round which has led to a big shake up in the Carabao Cup winner odds.
Joint favourites to win the tournament are Liverpool and Arsenal, both at 4/1. Closely behind them are Chelsea and Manchester United at 5/1, and Newcastle United 6/1. These five are the teams expected to be one of the winners, although Manchester United do host Newcastle in the next round.
One team worth an outside punt in the EFL Cup this year is West Ham at 12/1. After they won the Conference League last season, they’ll be keen to add more trophies to their cabinet.
The likes of Port Vale and Mansfield Town are further down the odds at 250/1 and 500/1 respectively.
