Darts’ very own ‘Posh and Becks’ Cameron Menzies and Fallon Sherrock have a fantastic bet on the table at the World Championship to see who cooks the turkey on Christmas Day.
Menzies and Sherrock have been dating for years after meeting through the sport and both were lucky enough to book their spots in the first round at Alexandra Palace, but one has already been knocked out.
The Scotsman eased past Rusty-Jake Rodriguez in the first round to set up a clash with Dave Chisnall in the second, but fell to a 3-1 defeat to ‘Chizzy’ despite taking the first set in impressive fashion.
Sherrock makes her opening appearance in the tournament in the evening session on Sunday, taking on Jermaine Wattimena as she bids to make further history in North London.
The ‘Queen of the Palace’ became the first female to win a match in the tournament, going on to record consecutive victories before a third round defeat at the hands of Chris Dobey in 2019.
The pair agreed that the first one knocked out of the World Championship has to cook the turkey at Christmas and the pressure is on Sherrock to win her round one clash.
“Usually, I’m up in Scotland with the family but this year I’ll be down in England with Fallon,” Menzies said.
“Basically the first one knocked out of the Worlds has to do the turkey!”

Menzies stole all the headlines during Friday’s opener against Rodriguez, following a half-day of work at his day job as a plumber before heading to Alexandra Palace for his match.
He said his romance with Sherrock began over a bucket of KFC chicken.
“I had known Fallon for years in darts and played doubles with her years ago. The rest is history as they say. It started off with a KFC.”
