What Does Non-Runner, No Bet at the 2023 Cheltenham Festival Mean?
In short, non-runner, no bet means that if you place a bet on a horse in a certain race at the 2023 Cheltenham Festival and it DOESN’T RUN in that particular race then you’ll be refunded your stake.
Most novice punters will probably think this would be the case anyway, but the normal rules when betting ante-post (weeks/months before a race) is that if the horse doesn’t run, then you lose your stake.
