Bayer Leverkusen star, Jeremie Frimpong, is reportedly available for £35m and has attracted interest from Manchester United as Erik ten Hag prepares for a busy summer window.
The Netherlands international has emerged as one of the brightest prospects in Europe, making 44 appearances for Leverkusen last season.
Despite being a defensively secure full-back, the 22-year-old has shown his attacking quality by contributing to 22 goals in 69 Bundesliga matches.
These performances have attracted interest from Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United, as the Dutch manager has alternated between Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Diogo Dalot in the right back position.
The Red Devils have been surrounded with transfer rumours, as they failed to agree a deal with Chelsea for England international, Mason Mount.
However, reports indicate that Frimpong will be available for £35m, which in today’s market could be an attractive deal for Manchester United.

Manchester United are a far more intriguing prosepct in this summer window, following their 2022-23 campaign. in his opening season in England, Erik ten Hag brought European football back to Old Trafford and clinched the Carabao Cup trophy.
Securing Champions League football was vital for the club’s ambition in the coming transfer window, as a host of Europe’s elite players have been linked with a move to Manchester.
European football could be key in the club’s pursuit of Frimpong, as Bayer Leverkusen failed to qualify for yet another season.
The Netherlands international is under contract in Germany until 2025 and is likely to stay at the club despite his reasonable price tag.
