Al Hilal are reportedly preparing a monstrous bid for Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, after an unsuccessful move for Kylian Mbappe.
The Nigerian international has attracted a host of interest this summer and is now in reported talks with Al Hilal over a move to Saudi Arabia.
Since signing from Lille in 2020, Osimhen has made 101 appearances – scoring 59 goals in the process and is now one of the most sought after strikers in world football.
The Nigerian was a key member in Napoli’s title-winning side, forming a superb partnership with Georgian international, Khivcha Kvaratskhelia.
In 2022-23, Osimhen ended the campaign as Serie A’s top scorer with 26 goals and was pivotal in Napoli’s historic title triumph.
However, such electric form has made a departure from Naples extremely likely, despite the club announcing their desire for him to remain at the club. Due to a huge price tag a list of clubs have pulled out of the race and Al Hilal are now the front runners.

As Saudi Arabia prepare to bid for a future World Cup, the nation have welcomed an abundance of top talent in hopes of strengthening their chances.
A host of Europe’s best players have moved to Saudi Arabia this summer, after Cristiano Ronaldo paved the way in January as he signed for Al Nassr from Manchester United.
Current Balon D’Or winner, Karim Benzema, ended his long spell at Real Madrid and joined Al Ittihad – in a deal that is set to earn the Frenchman £100m a year.
The latest player to be linked with a move to Saudi Arabia was Kylian Mbappe, as PSG have accepted a £250m bid for the French superstar – however the Frenchman rejected the opportunity.
Osimhen has two-years remaining on his current deal, meaning the Italian champions have valued him at a staggering £150-180m.
