Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew heads to Newmarket’s twilight card for his two recommended bets/trades on Sunday, May 19th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:

NEWMARKET 4.45

DAYSOFOURLIVES, a winner over today’s 1m2f trip at Chelmsford on his penultimate start, ran a blinder when dropped to 1m at the Craven meeting here last month, keeping on well form off the pace to finish a close-up 18-1 third. Marco Botti’s four-year-old fared best of those drawn high and best of those to come from well off the pace on a day it paid to race prominently from low draws. The poorly-drawn seventh, eighth and tenth all made the frame on their next starts and DAYSOFOURLIVES can have his effort upgraded. The step back up to 1m2f will suit and he can be bought in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.

Recommendation: Back DAYSOFOURLIVES in Newmarket 4.45

NEWMARKET 5.15

FLYING SECRET appreciates good or faster going and though only sixth of 12 at Ascot with underfoot conditions to suit on his final start last term, he was badly drawn and was only beaten by a short head among the centre group when it was a huge advantage to race on the stands’ side rail. He shaped well in a 20-1 fourth of 12 at Southwell last month on his seasonal return and the return to fast turf can see him back to winning ways. Buy in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market or take a fixed odds price.

Recommendation: Back FLYING SECRET in Newmarket 5.15
