Older jumps progeny of Fame And Glory have a useful record over obstacles and simply back those aged eight or nine (the sire’s oldest progeny) would have found 60 winners from 452 runners (13.3% strike-rate) for a profit of £97.38. MOONLIGHT GLORY contributed with a 14-1 win at Newcastle last month and can follow up.

A DUBLIN JOB (system Harry Derham stable switchers)
Harry Derham has a fine record at the first time of asking with horses he takes over from other trainees, scoring with 12 of the 30 qualifiers for a profit of £53.97 to a £1 level stake at SP. A DUBLIN JOB, one of three qualifiers on this angle today, placed three times in Ireland and looks a likely improver on his debut for new connections.
CHELMSFORD 5.30
REASON TO PASS (system – Raven’s Pass, first-time hood)
Progeny of the sire Raven’s Pass have a solid record on the Flat when fitted with a first-time hood, landing ten of their 48 starts (20.8% strike-rate) for a profit of £69.00 to a £1 level stake at SP. Two of those winners (33-1 and 12-1) were making their racecourse debuts and perhaps Huge Palmer’s REASON TO PASS can make a winning start for his bang in-form handler.
