The Jonbon horse odds for the 2023 Tingle Creek Chase at Sandown on Saturday see the Nicky Henderson-trained star chaser as the red-hot favourite. Can the JP McManus-owned 7 year-old, who is 2-from-2 at the Esher track, win for the seventh time over fences?

Jonbon Horse Odds For Tingle Creek Chase at Sandown Park
Trainer Nicky Henderson has won the Tingle Creek Chase at Sandown Park twice in the past and the best UK horse racing betting sites think he’s got a strong chance of adding to that tally on Saturday with Jonbon.
The Seven Barrows handler has won the Tingle Creek Chase with top chasers Sprinter Sacre (2012) and Altior (2018) in recent years and with Jonbon priced at long odds-on for the 2023 running it will be one of the big weekend shocks if Henderson isn’t winning the race for a third time.
Jonbon, who is owned by JP McManus, is a horse that’s won eleven of his 13 career starts and of that tally has mopped up six chase successes (from 7 runs). His only defeat over the bigger obstacles came in the 2023 Arkle Novices’ Chase at the Cheltenham Festival back in March.
However, since then Jonbon has bounced back to win three in-a-row over fences, that included the Celebration Chase at Sandown in April and most recently the Shloer Chase at Cheltenham at the end of November.
In fact, Jonbon is also unbeaten at Sandown (2-from-2) and even though he’s got a long way to go to bettering Tingle Creek’s course record, the Esher venue seems to be to his liking and is fully expected to carry on his winning run.
JONBON Tingle Creek Chase odds are at 1/3 – you can support him here with BetMGM.

After Sandown Jonbon’s next race target will be the Queen Mother Champion Chase at the Cheltenham Festival on March 13th 2024.
