Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew heads to the jumps meetings at Market Rasen and Sedgefield for his two recommended bets/trades on Thursday, November 16th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:

MARKET RASEN 2.50

FOUND ON‘s first win under Rules came on officially heavy going but she’s subsequently shown a strong preference for a sound surface, scoring once on good to soft and six times on good going. The latest of those wins came at 10-1 in a 2m5.5f handicap chase at Market Rasen on September 30th, a victory that took her record from March to October to 2F219111111 (7-11), compared to 315636PP (1-8) outside of that period. The ground at Market Rasen is officially good to soft with more rain forecast and conditions could be too testing for her by the time she lines up in the Listed 3m mares’ chase. The longer trip is unlikely to be an issue but her two previous runs at this level saw her pulled up (11-10f and 11-1) and she rates a sell at 21 in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market. Fixed odds punters might want to take an each-way chance on outsider of the field FAIRFIELD FERRATA, who finished a 25-1 second to Found On here on her reappearance and has won at the second time of asking in each of the last three seasons.

Recommendation: Oppose FOUND ON in Market Rasen 2.50

SEDGEFIELD JOCKEYS

BRIAN HUGHES has been slow to cotton on to the bias on the hurdle course at Sedgefield this season, often hugging the inside rail where the ground is obviously slower, and it could be worth selling his performance index (set at 58-62) with Spreadex. Three of his six rides are in hurdle races and four of the six are for Donald McCain and Micky Hammond, two trainers who are struggling for winners (one from 22 and zero from 20 respectively in the past fortnight. Henry Oliver’s STRIKING OUT could also be vulnerable on ground softer than ideal in the 2.00.

Recommendation: Sell BRIAN HUGHES in Sedgefield Jockeys
