When Holly Willoughby stepped down from This Morning earlier this year it created one of the most sought-after jobs in all of TV. The This Morning veteran left the show “for the sake of her family” after finding out that she was target of a foiled kidnap and murder plot, but the show have yet to get a permanent replacement.
ITV have been drafting in guest presenters over the past few weeks so read our expert thoughts on the next This Morning presenter odds below.
What Our Expert Says On Next This Morning Presenter Odds
Neil Roarty, Betting Expert at SportsLens, said: “Storm Huntley has plenty of experience in front of the TV cameras after her job as co-presenter on Channel 5’s Jeremy Vine show and she is the current 7/2 favourite to be the new permanent presenter of This Morning.
“She has been a big hit on daytime television over the years and is similar to Holly Willoughby in many ways regarding her journey into presenting and we could see her on This Morning in the coming weeks and months.
“Another two in the running for the job are Cat Deeley (7/1 from 20/1) and Rylan Clark (8/1 from 12/1) as they have been on the show recently as guest presenters.
“With Deeley now taking up a part-time role on the This Morning’s sofa presenting three times a week, she may well go on to take the job on a permanent basis. She was joined by Clark recently who is known for his humour and entertainment on our TV screens and we now could see the dynamic duo presenting together more regularly.
“However one that doesn’t look to be presenting This Morning anytime soon is Martin Lewis, who has come out on social media and put the rumours to bed, seeing his odds drift out to 100/1. The money saving expert branded the rumour of him presenting the show as “hillarious” in a recent post on X (formerly known as Twitter).”
