Sevilla vs Arsenal Team News
Arsenal are without Thomas Partey for tonight’s Champions League clash with Sevilla, with the midfielder not even making the bench due to a muscle issue.
The Gunners have made just one change from the 2-2 draw with Chelsea at the weekend with Takehiro Tomiyasu coming in to replace Oleksandr Zinchenko at left-back.
David Raya was not at his best at Stamford Bridge on Saturday night, but keeps his place in the squad with Ramsdale only making the bench once again.
The England goalkeeper missed the draw against the Blues due to the birth of his first child but returns to the bench tonight.
Arteta’s side are in need of three points after losing to Lens on Matchday 2 and the Spaniard has been reluctant to make too many changes to the side.
As for Sevilla, they remain unchanged from their 1-1 draw with Real Madrid at the weekend. It was a solid performance from the side in what was Diego Alonso’s first game in charge of the club.
The La Liga side did lead against the capital giants through a David Alaba own goal, but Madrid quickly equalised through Dani Carvajal just four minutes later.
