Tottenham vs Fulham Team News & Injury Update
Spurs will be without Yves Bissouma for the visit of Fulham after he was sent off against Luton Town before the international break, so Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg could come in to replace the midfielder.
Ange Postecoglou’s side will also be without Rodrigo Bentancur, who is still on the road to recovery after eight months on the sidelines due to a knee injury. He is joined in the medical room by Ryan Sessegnon, Manor Solomon and Ivan Perisic.
However, there is some good news for Spurs as Heung-min Son and Cristian Romero look set to be involved despite injury scares whilst on international duty.
Club captain Son has been battling with a groin issue and looked to be struggling when playing for South Korea in the international break, but is fit to play.
As for Romero, he took a knock to his ankle when playing for Argentina, but it shouldn’t keep him out of action and he looks set to start.
Meanwhile Fulham have a few issues of their own to deal with. Issa Diop got injured during the win over Sheffield United before the international break and is ruled out of this contest.
The Cottagers are also without another central defender in Tosin Adarabioyo who has recently undergone groin surgery. Defensive issues don’t stop there for Marco Silva’s side either, as Kenny Tete is also a major doubt. Adama Traore looks set to miss out again as well with a thigh injury.
