Guillem Balague Describes Jude Bellingham as “The Best Player In The World Right Now”

Jude Bellingham impressed yet again for Real Madrid. Guillem Balague has described the Englishman as the “the best player in the world right now”.

After making his move to La Liga, Bellingham has impressed and has shown he was made for the big stage.

In seven league games, he has scored six goals and provided two assists. In the Champions League he has scored in both of his sides games.

During their recent Champions League game against Napoli, Bellingham produced a moment of magic.

As well as scoring this remarkable goal, he picked up an assist in the game against the Serie A side.

After the game, Spanish football expert Balague said that Bellingham is the “the best player in the world right now”.  Speaking about the 20-year-old, he said:

“His dream was always to be part of La Liga at the biggest level and he believes he belongs to that level. In Spain the comparisons have started, first Zidane, then Di Stefano. Everybody, all the players, are saying what a brilliant guy and brilliant footballer he is.”

Some have compared the goal scored by Bellingham to that scored by Napoli legend Diego Maradona against England for Argentina. Bellingham responded to the comparison saying:

“That’s a bit too much,

“It was a nice goal. From what I’ve seen on YouTube and documentaries, his quality was a bit more than mine, or a lot more. I’m just trying to contribute in a Jude way.

“It may have been one of my best goals. We were facing a great team and in a great stadium. The most important thing has been the victory and having contributed to it. It is important to continue with this pace.”
