Heung-Min Son has become the latest player to be linked with a move to Saudi Arabia with Tottenham set to reject a £51million bid from Saudi Pro League champions Al-Ittihad.
Heung-Min Son To Stay At Spurs
Al-Ittihad have already secured a high-profile signing in Karim Benzema and look close to securing a deal for Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante. Now they want to add Son to their ranks, but a move looks highly unlikely at this stage.
Despite a poor season, Son doesn’t want to leave Spurs. The South Korean forward registered just 10 goals and six assists in 36 Premier League games.

Al-Ittihad have reportedly approached the 30-year-old with an offer of a four-year deal with £26million-a-season. However, Spurs’ position is that they will refuse bids for one of their star players.
Plenty have been linked with moves away to the Middle East including Chelsea trio Hakim Ziyech, Romelu Lukaku and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Ruben Neves has also agreed a move to Al-Hilal in a deal worth £47m.

Heung-Min Son has not been able to be prized away to the Saudi Pro League and insists “money doesn’t matter”.
“I have many things to do in the Premier League,” Son said.
“Money doesn’t matter to me now, and the pride of playing football, to play in my favourite league is important. I’ll prepare well when I’m back to Spurs.”
