Heung-Min Son is reportedly being targeted for a move to Saudi Arabia in 2024, despite Spurs recently appointing former Celtic boss, Ange Postecoglu.

Since signing for Tottenham Hotspur in 2015, the former Bayer Leverkusen player has made 372 appearances and contributed to 125 goals in the process.

During his time in England, the South Korean international has formed a irresistible partnership with Harry Kane, as the two have combined for the most goals in Premier League history.

However, the 2022-23 campaign did not go according to plan for Spurs, as they finished eighth in the Premier League and Antonio Conte was made surplus to requirements.

Kane continued to impress, scoring 30 goals in England’s top-flight, whereas his partner in crime, Son, found the net 10 times – the lowest return since his opening campaign in 2015-16.

This poor display has caused rumours over a possible departure to circulate and according to reports, a move to Saudi Arabia in 2024 could be on the cards.

A host of players have been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, as the league continues to progress and Son could join the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Anderson Talisca at Al-Nassr.

This summer could see more players switch Europe for Saudi Arabia, with Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante, and Lionel Messi all in advanced negotiations.

Agreeing a deal for the Tottenham winger may prove difficult, as the 30-year-old is under contract for another two years. However, reports indicate that a move for the Spurs star would be finalised in 2024, meaning a deal could be completed.

Spurs will be focusing on the ‘Harry Kane transfer saga’ as the England international looks set to leave the club this summer. Both Manchester United and Real Madrid are keen on the Spurs marksman and Kane could cost over £100m.
