According to reports, Goivani Lo Celso is being targeted by Aston Villa, as Unai Emery dreams of a reunion with the Villarreal star.
The villains have had superb end to the Premier League season, with new manager Unai Emery establishing a clear style of play.
With wins over, Spurs, Chelsea and Newcastle, the Midlands-based side find themselves in eight place – two points behind Brighton in the last European qualification spot.
Leading marksman, Ollie Watkins, has guided his side up the table and has been rumoured with a move elsewhere, with Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal showing heavy interest in the England international.
With departures looking inevitable, the club are on the hunt for key additions, as they look to continue this run of form next year.
One player that is reportedly being targeted by Villa is former Spurs midfielder, Giovani Lo Celso. The Argentine has formerly worked under Emery during their time at Villarreal.

The 27-year-old has made 25 appearances for the La Liga giants this season, scoring one and assisting three in all competitions.
With his contract set to expire in 2025, the Argentina international could be on his way out of Spain and a reunion with Emery appears to be the most likely destination.
Lo Celso is familiar with the Premier League, as he made 84 appearances for Spurs during a difficult time in England’s top division.
However, after earning his stripes in Spain and becoming a key member of Argentina’s national side, the tricky midfielder is in better stead to succeed in England.
His fellow countryman, Emiliano Buendia, has been superb under Unai Emery, contributing to seven league goals this season. Villa fans will be hoping that the former Norwich star can convince his fellow countryman to join the club this summer.
