West Brom vs Wolves Preview and Prediction
Wolves made their way to round four of the competition after a hard-fought battle with Brentford, winning in extra-time in a replayed encounter.
Gary O’Neil’s side are unbeaten in their last six matches (all competitions) and earned a respectable point on the road against Brighton.
The Midlands-based side sit 11th in the Premier League and are 13 points clear of relegation – with many predicting a relegation battle this season.
Their Black Country rivals have been in England’s second division for the last few years and are battling for a play-off place in fifth.
Carlos Corberan’s side progressed to round four with a win over Aldershot and have the chance to beat their rivals for the first time in three years.
However, we expect the visitors to show their Premier League quality and pick up a narrow victory over West Brom in the Black Country derby.
