Former AFTV member Troopz has reacted to Declan Rice’s last minute winner in Arsenal’s 4-3 victory over Luton on Tuesday evening.

Declan Rice’s Arsenal Impact

Since joining the Gunners from West Ham for £105m in the summer, Rice has impressed both fans and pundits with his consistency and assuredness in Arsenal’s midfield.

However, having notched 3 goals and 1 assist from midfield in the Premier League this season the England midfielder’s impact in front of goal has also been a talking point.

Rice’s first Premier League goal for the club arrived in early September in the form of a crucial 96th minute strike to give the Gunners a 2-1 lead against Manchester United, with Arsenal eventually running out 3-1 winners.

The former West Ham captain’s next goal came against former club Chelsea in October. Having gone 2-0 down in the first half, Rice’s 77th minute strike rallied his Arsenal side to a 2-2 draw.

Finally, Rice’s most recent strike came in the form of a 97th minute winner in a 4-3 victory over Luton Town at Kenilworth Road. Rice’s last-gasp header got Arsenal out of jail after a topsy-turvy game for live betting punters that was thrilling for neutral football fans.

As a result, Rice’s goals for Arsenal this season have secured an additional 5 points for the Gunners seeing them go 5 points clear at the top of the Premier League.

What Did Troopz Say About Declan Rice’s Arsenal Winner?

Rice’s Arsenal form certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed amongst Arsenal fans with former AFTV member Troopz singing his praises following victory last night.

Speaking about Rice on his YouTube channel TroopzTv , Troopz said: “Yet again the man steps up when he is needed.

“I’ve been singing his praises since years ago blud. Since he signed for the club I’ve been singing his praises. He’s been our most consistent player this season.”

Continuing, Troopz said: “He never hides, he’s a leader, brave and yet again he’s turned up with a vital goal. Obviously, he got that vital goal against Man[chester] United and he’s done another one”.

Arsenal, who face Aston Villa at Villa Park on saturday, now top the Premier League and are 5/1 to win their first title since the Invincibles season in 2004.
