Reddit Napoli vs Braga Prediction
Liga Portugal side Braga head to Italy to close out their Champions League group stage campaign against Napoli on Tuesday night, where the Serie A champions will be looking to cement their spot in the competition’s last-16.
Although unlikely, Braga still have a chance of advancing in lieu of their Matchday 6 opponents. For that to happen though, they’ll need beat the hosts at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona by two goals or more – a seemingly far-fetched prospect considering they boast just one win from their five group matches.
Napoli aren’t in the greatest of form heading into this tie however, as they have suffered three successive defeats at the hands of Real Madrid, Inter and Juventus. This is in comparison to Braga’s record, in which they’ve won four of their last five matches in all competitions against Arouca, Portimonense, Estoril and Vizela.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the majority of Reddit tipsters are backing the hosts to come out on top despite Braga’s excellent domestic form. Osimhen’s return from injury, along with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s inspired form over the past month could prove to be the difference in getting Gli Azzurri over the line and into the knockout rounds.
