A resounding 3-0 victory at home to Nottingham Forest on Sunday handed Liverpool consecutive Premier League victories to well and truly dispel any doubts, after winless games against Tottenham and Brighton.
Mohamed Salah managed to squeeze in yet another goal with just over 10 minutes left to play, stretching his run of goals or assists at Anfield to 14 consecutive games.
That strike was the cherry on top of a fairly straightforward afternoon for the hosts, who claimed a 3-0 victory with very little extertion following earlier goals from Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez.
It puts them in a very positive spot heading into a hectic November period, just behind North London duo Arsenal and Tottenham by one and three points respectively.

Five games in a punishing month for Liverpool is but a precursor to the far busier festive calendar, but the Reds will have identified their first fixtures – both away on the road at strugglers Bournemouth and Luton – as absolute must wins.
The schedule is punctuated by a short trip across the channel to face Toulouse in the Europa League, before tough fixtures against Brentford and Manchester City – both of whom beat them on one occasion each last season – rounds off a potentially tricky month.
