FPL Heinsenberg Fantasy Premier League Tips Gameweek 31

Mo Salah

  • Fixture: Sheffield United, Home

Mo Salah looked back to his best in against Brighton, just as I predicted in my gameweek 30 tips. He was unlucky to only come away with one goal, he could’ve easily hauled in at least a few more.

Next up for Liverpool are Sheffield United, a fixture that appears to be somewhat of a foregone conclusion. The Blades have conceded the most goals this season so Liverpool – and Salah – will look to exploit their leaky defence.

The Egyptian King has 16 goals and nine assists in 21 Premier League starts this season, and he’ll be looking to add to that tally at Anfield on Thursday.

He also plays twice in gameweek 34 where he’ll once again be one the standout captain choices.

Bukayo Saka

  • Fixture: Luton, Home

Bukayo Saka had a fairly quiet spell during the middle part of the season, but since gameweek 20 he’s scored eight goals and grabbed two assists in 10 Premier League starts.

Arsenal have been free scoring in 2024, especially against lesser opposition, so it’s likely there will be plenty of goals for Arsenal in gameweek 31 against a Luton side who have been poor defensively.

It’s also worth noting that Saka is Arsenal’s penalty taker, which is another route to points.

As mentioned above with Salah, in gameweek 34 Saka also plays twice where he’ll also be one the standout captain choices.

Ben White

  • Fixture: Luton, Home

Arsenal’s defence has been rock solid this season – they even managed to pull off a clean sheet at the Etihad in gameweek 30.

With clean sheets hard to come by this season, it’s definitely worth doubling up on Arsenal’s defence, especially as they face Luton at the Emirates in gameweek 31.

Ben White is the top point scorer for defenders this season and he has seven attacking returns, so there’s a chance of returns at both ends this week.

FPL Differential Tip – Luis Diaz

  • Fixture: Sheffield United, Home

Luis Diaz – who is owned by less than 11% of managers at the time of writing – has four goals and three assists in his last eight Premier League starts.

There’s no better time to take a punt on the Colombian with Sheffield United visiting Anfield in gameweek 31 – and a double gameweek on the horizon too.

I’m predicting a big home win for Liverpool, and should that happen, it’s likely Luis Diaz will be involved with attacking returns.
