Chelsea vs Blackburn Prediction
Chelsea have yet again been struggling for form and after losing 2-0 to Brentford in the Premier League over the weekend, Mauricio Pochettino will be desperate for a win in the EFL Cup this week.
The Blues have won just three games in their last eight matches, which includes a 1-0 win over Brighton in the third round of the cup at the end of last month.
With their league form looking bleaker and bleaker as each week passes, the EFL Cup may be one of the only routes to success this season but standing in their way will be a tricky Blackburn side.
Blackburn are 12th in the Championship, but they are climbing the table having won three of their last four matches in the league.
The Blue and Whites smashed Cardiff 5-2 at home during their last cup tie and they have found the competition fairly easy so far with an 8-0 win coming in the round prior to that.
