Chelsea have completed yet another deal this week, with the highly sought after Pedro Neto making a one of the quickest moves in the window for £54million.
Pedro Neto Signs For Chelsea
Last season Pedro Neto looked like one of the most accomplished wingers in the Premier League until he was hit with a hamstring injury in gameweek 11.
Neto was the best playmaker in the league by some way when he first got injured last season – leading the way with seven assists in ten games for a struggling Wolves team.
The 24-year-old was out of action for nine weeks following his injury in October and Neto didn’t start again until the new year when again, he looked like one of Wolves’ standout performers in every match.
Neto’s hamstring injury returned though and again he was forced to miss a sustained amount of time, missing the next nine games and only returning in a brief cameo during Wolves’ final game of the campaign.
It is no surprise to see Neto leaving Wolves after an exceptional year and Chelsea are only adding to their transfer list so far this summer, with Neto the most expensive signing during another busy window.

Neto’s medical is already booked with Chelsea and he will travel to London this week to complete the deal. Should he be able to maintain his fitness this season, Neto could be one of Chelsea’s best signings this summer.
