Wednesday marks the end of the 2023/24 Champions League group stage with eight fixtures to keep fans entertained throughout the evening, and there’s a key battle in Group F as Newcastle host AC Milan.

Group G is the chosen group for Wednesday’s early kick-offs as RB Leipzig take on Young Boys at home, while Manchester City head to Belgrade to take on Serbian champions Red Star. All positions within the section have already been decided, with City crowned as the group winners, followed by Leipzig in second, Young Boys in third and Red Star in fourth.
A further six Champions League fixtures will get underway at 20:00, with a key battle between Atletico Madrid and Lazio taking place in Group E. Both sides have already booked their spot in the last-16 of the competition, however the winner of the clash will be crowned as group champions with just a point separating the pair heading into the match. Elsewhere in the group, Feyenoord entertain Celtic in a dead rubber tie in Glasgow.
The most interesting group heading into the evening’s fixtures is undoubtedly Group F, as all four teams can still advance to the knockout stages. Borussia Dortmund have already secured advancement to the knockouts, and they face PSG while Newcastle United host AC Milan in the other tie. Just two points separates PSG, Newcastle and Milan, which means that both the Magpies and the Rossoneri will be praying that Dortmund can do them a favour by overcoming the Parisiens.
To close out the group stage action, Group H sees an all-or-nothing battle between Porto and Shakhtar Donetsk. The winner of the tie will join already-qualified Barcelona in the next round of the competition, with La Blaugrana taking on Belgian champions Royal Antwerp in the group’s other fixture.
