Aston Villa vs West Ham Prediction
Both Aston Villa and West Ham were held to stalemates in their game prior to the international break, and just two points separates the pair in the table as the Villans occupy fifth, while the Hammers sit in seventh.
They have only suffered two Premier League defeats apiece in their opening eight matches of the campaign, and their starts to the season are widely regarded as strong ones.
Whilst Villa are the clear favourites according to UK bookmakers, West Ham actually hold the better record in the fixture having not tasted defeat against the Midlands outfit in 10 straight English top flight matches.
You’d have to go back to May 2015 to find the last time the Villans got the better of the Hammers in league football, however we’re backing Unai Emery’s side to break that trend and finally get one over the East Londoners.
