Arsenal fans have created a GoFundMe page where they aim to raise £25m for West Ham Football Club.
Why are Arsenal fans raising money for West Ham?
After Declan Rice’s heroics against Luton, Arsenal fans have hilariously set up a GoFundMe page in order to send more money to West Ham as Arsenal feel they have robbed ‘The Hammers’ despite Rice costing £105m.
Rice has been instrumental for Arsenal this season and his header against Luton sent Arsenal five points clear at the top of the table. He also scored a late goal earlier on in the season against Manchester United to give them the lead before Gabriel Jesus ensured the victory to make it 3-1.
Rice has received praise from pundits all season long with his performances for club and country but Piers Morgan’s comments about him might be the highest form of praise he’s gotten since joining Arsenal.
On X, Morgan tweeted: ‘This interview, and his goal last night, and his Herculean performances all season, are why Declan Rice is already one of the best signings in Arsenal history.
‘Right up there with (Dennis) Bergkamp, (Thierry) Henry and (Patrick) Vieira.’

What is on the GoFundMe page?
The GoFundMe page reads: ‘In light of the unfortunate robbery of West Ham United. We are asking Arsenal fans to come together to raise funds for West Ham United to compensate the underpayment of Declan Rice,’ the page, which was created directly after Tuesday’s clash at Kenilworth Road, says.
‘It has become evident in the last 15 weeks that Edu and Arsenal were the beneficiaries of a £25,000,000 underpayment to West Ham United.’
£0 has been donated so far but I’ll do David Moyes and David Sullivan a favour and stick the link in here. I know they’re eyeing the likes of Steven Bergwijn and Joao Neves in January.
