AC Ajaccio
Based in Corsica, AC Ajaccio was founded in 1910. Having finished as runners-up in Ligue 2 at the end of the 2021/22 season, the club gained promotion to Ligue 1. Ligue 1 Relegated Teams in 2024
Like many European football leagues, two teams are automatically relegated from Ligue 1. Meanwhile, an additional club is at threat of relegation, taking part in a playoff match to determine its fate.
