When is the next international break? Many of our readers will be pleased to hear that the disbandment of domestic football will only happen once more this season, following the upcoming break in November.

When is the Next International Break?

“I could’ve sworn we’ve just had one?”

That will most likely be the default response to hearing how soon the next international break is, particularly after domestic football returned less than a month ago.

Following gameweek 12 of the Premier League season, the third of four international breaks will commence the week beginning the 13th November. Qualifying for next summer’s European Championships will conclude, while World Cup qualifiers further afield in South America and Africa will also take place.

Domestic football will resume on Saturday 25th November, and will mark the conclusion of the last international break of 2023. Just one break remains until next summer, where the next instalments of the Copa America and Euros are scheduled to take place.

The final international break of the season will take place in 2024, between March 18th – 24th.

It is also worth noting that the Asian Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations will return on January 13th and 14th respectively, so players selected by their countries will be jetting off not long after the hectic festive period.

Should they be successful, they could be out of domestic action for over a month.

Who Are England Playing in the Next International Break?

England secured qualification to Euro 2024 with a comfortable 3-1 victory over Italy during the October break.

They can cement their position at the summit of group C, and will be fully expectant of all three points in their next two games this month.
