Brentford vs West Ham Prediction
West Ham head to the Gtech Community Stadium for their second all-London affair of the week on Saturday as they entertain Brentford, and they’ll be hopeful that this one will go as well as the last.
That is, of course, in reference to the Hammers’ majorly impressive 3-1 victory over Arsenal on Wednesday, which saw them book their place in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals, where they’ll take on Liverpool.
Prior to that win though, David Moyes’ side suffered three successive defeats, with forward Michail Antonio describing their performances as ‘a shambles’ following a narrow 1-0 defeat to Everton.
They look to have put that behind them with the win over the Gunners though, and now face a tough task in overcoming Thomas Frank’s Bees, who have turned a corner themselves somewhat.
Brentford had gone on a six game run without recording a victory, but a win over Burnley two weeks ago ended that streak, before a 2-0 triumph over Chelsea made it two consecutive wins.
