Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge since the end of 2015.
The Belgian had a season to forget last year and was severely criticised by the media and the fans all season.
At one point it seemed like he was heading to Real Madrid or PSG, but the rumours died down with time.
According to latest reports, the Belgian could still be sold if Roman Abramovich decides to give up on him. The report adds that Real Madrid could sign him for as little as 59 million pounds. If it happens, it will be a club record departure for Chelsea.
Apparently, the Belgian has struggled to establish a good rapport with the new Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.
Frankly, Conte has only been with the group for a few weeks and Hazard has missed most of those sessions because of an extended break after Euros. There is hardly a chance for them to fall out.
Furthermore, with the current state of the market, there is absolutely no chance of Chelsea selling one of the best players in the world for 59 million pounds.
Meanwhile in other news, Conte has revealed that Manchester United target Nemanja Matic is an important player for him.
The Italian said that Matic will be a vital player in his system and the Serbian is well aware of it.
He said: “Matic is an important player for me, a very important player,” the Chelsea head coach said. “In my idea of football he is an important player and he knows this. N’Golo, Nemanja, Cesc [Fabregas], Oscar, [Nathaniel] Chalobah and [John Obi] Mikel, who is in the Olympics, it is not easy to choose. I want to have this problem.”
The former Benfica star had an outstanding debut season with the Blues, but faded away last year like most of his teammates.
The former Chelsea academy star is expected to be partnered at the heart of the midfield alongside new signing N’golo Kante next season.
