Two clubs that have just beaten Arsenal 3-0 – although that tells you a lot more about Arsenal’s problems than it does about the form of Manchester City and Chelsea.

Manchester City Preview
Manchester City will be happy that they have this game at home and therefore Hughes has a chance to attack more and use his strengths – i.e. Man City’s attacking threat instead of relying on City’s defending, which has been just has shoddy as Wenger’s manners midweek.
City have been unable to win games recently, drawing far too many in recent times and their win against Arsenal will be a welcome respite. Chelsea are a totally different animal though, and their first team were more or less well rested midweek.
Tipped by many to win the league title this year after a strong start to the season and the weaknesses shown by their three potential title rivals.
Chelsea have not been as awe-inspiring away from home although they did tear Arsenal a new one at the Emirates last week. With Drogba in good form they are likely to score against City’s defence, so the key in this game will be how Chelsea handle City’s strikers, particularly Adebayor (and if he plays, Robinho).
Manchester City v Chelsea Prediction

There will be goals in this game, you can bet on it. There’s a lot of talk about Chelsea turning over City easily but City are not Arsenal – they will raise their game for the big events and it’s a team that’s learned a lot from their clashes against United, Arsenal and Liverpool this season. Chelsea could wobble defensively and that could be enough for City to sneak a win.
Prediction: Manchester City 2-1 Chelsea
